The service
OffYourBench provides workshop management software as a monthly subscription. Plans and modules are billed in Australian dollars; changes prorate on the next bill.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite and the information your workshop enters. Keep sign-in details private; every account uses two-step verification.
Payments you take through the service
Card payments run on your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms; postage runs on your own Australia Post account. OffYourBench never holds your customers' money.
Your data
It is yours. You can export it at any time, and after a cancelled subscription's retention period it is deleted.
