Who we are

OffYourBench is operated from Australia and is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Account details for workshop staff (name, email, phone), the customer and job records a workshop enters, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

Where it lives

All application data is stored in Australia (AWS Sydney). Email and SMS are delivered through providers under contract; only what is needed to deliver a message leaves the platform.

Workshops and their customers

Each workshop controls the customer information it enters. Customers who want access or correction should contact the workshop first; we help the workshop meet the request.
